We are a family living on our 100 acre farm in Midcoast Maine, raising our kids and growing a life rooted in the land. We hike, we homestead, we farm, and we’re passionate about creating meaningful meals using the best ingredients from local farms and our own. We mix modern cooking methods with wood fired tradition to create soulful dishes that feel both grounded & inspired. Our mission is to blow your mind. Every dish is a love letter—bold, memorable and made to exceed your expectations.

Maria & Shane, co-owners of Applecroft, have built a catering company rooted in sustainable farming, a love for the outdoors, and the art of wood-fired cooking. They’re redefining what catering can be-blending innovation, passion, and a hands-on approach that bridges the gap between farm, fire and fine food.

The Cabins
We’re big fans of the woods, lucky enough to have this kind of beauty right in our backyard and we want to share the magic. At some point in 2025, we’ll start taking bookings for our cozy cabins in the trees, Stay tuned!

Every summer we take on a handful of large corporate events, non-profit fundraisers and Galas. We understand that how you tell your story matters. Applecroft helps with the details, so you can pitch, fundraise and share your vision with the world.
