This website is provided for informational purposes, event promotion, ticket sales, and communication related to Applecroft offerings.

Events, Tickets, and Reservations
Ticket Sales
Tickets for Applecroft events are sold through the Squarespace platform or other designated ticketing tools.
Unless otherwise stated:
All ticket sales are final
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
Events may take place rain or shine
If an event must be canceled by Applecroft due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide ticket holders with information regarding rescheduling or credit options where applicable.
Event Experience & Assumption of Risk
Applecroft events may take place outdoors, on farmland, or in rustic environments and may include:
Open flames or live-fire cooking
Uneven terrain
Changing weather conditions
Shared dining experiences
By attending an event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to follow posted guidelines and staff instructions at all times.
Lodging and Third-Party Accommodations
Applecroft does not directly process lodging reservations.
Cabins, campsites, or other accommodations are booked through third-party platforms such as:
Airbnb
Hipcamp
All lodging-related reservations, payments, cancellations, and disputes are governed by the terms and policies of those platforms. Applecroft is not responsible for booking errors, cancellations, refunds, or disputes related to third-party accommodations.
